Realised in advanced BCD technology, BL6562 features ultra-low start-up current and operating current (≤ 2.2mA @12V). Remote IC DISALBE function can make it work at power saving mode. BL6562 includes an internal highly linear multiplier, able to provide a high power factor in wide-range-mains operation and over a large range load change. The max current of the MOSFET is limited to the upper clamp output voltage of the multiplier.
