TMP93CS44/S45 Low Voltage/Low Power CMOS 16-bit Microcontrollers TMP93CS44F/TMP93CS45F 1. Outline and Device Characteristics The TMP93CS44/TMP93CS45 are high-speed, advanced 16-bit microcontrollers developed for controlling medium to large-scale equipment. The TMP93CS45 does not have a ROM, the TMP93CS44 has a built-in ROM. Otherwise, the devices function in the same way. The TMP93CS44F/TMP93CS45F are housed in 80-pin flat package (P-LQFP80-1212-0.50E).
