XC6701 Series 28V Operation High Speed Voltage Regulators with Stand-by Function ETR03034-013a ■GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XC6701 series are positive voltage regulator ICs manufactured using CMOS process with 28V of operation voltage.
The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal protection circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor.
