The transceivers feature full compliance with the Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI) Physical Media Dependent (PMD) standard. This standard has been approved as an International Standard, ISO/IEC 9314-3, and an American National Standard, ANSI X3.166 - 1990. The HFBR5111 represents the 2x11 package style.
