DESCRIPTION M54561P is seven-circuit output-sourcing Darlington transistor arrays. The circuits are made of PNP and NPN transistors. Both the semiconductor integrated circuits perform high-current driving with extremely low input-current supply. PIN CONFIGURATION (TOP VIEW)
