During this period of one year, National Instruments shall at its sole option either repair, replace, or credit the Buyer for defective equipment if: (i) Buyer returns the equipment to National Instruments, FOB the National Instruments factory in Austin, Texas; (ii) Buyer notifies National Instruments promptly upon discovery of any defect in writing, including a detailed description of the defect; and (iii) upon examination of the return...
