DUAL CHANNEL PHOTOTRANSISTOR SMALL OUTLINE SURFACE MOUNT OPTOCOUPLERS MOCD223-M DESCRIPTION The MOCD223-M consist of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to two monolithic silicon phototransistor darlington detectors, in a surface mountable, small outline plastic package.
