DESCRIPTION The M37273M8-XXXSP and M37273MF-XXXSP are single-chip microcomputers designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. The features of the M37273E8SP and M37273EFSP are similar to those of the M37273M8-XXXSP and M37273MF-XXXSP except that the chip has a built-in PROM which can be written electrically.
