EFM32GG12 includes a powerful 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 and provides robust security via a unique cryptographic hardware engine supporting AES, ECC, SHA, and True Random Number Generator (TRNG). New features include an SD/MMC/SDIO controller, Octal/Quad-SPI memory controller, CAN bus controller, PDM interface, highly robust capacitive sensing, enhanced alpha blending graphics engine, and LESENSE/PCNT enhancements for smart energy meters.
