ME8107 Current Mode PWM Controller With Frequency Shuffling ME8107 General Description Features ME8107 integrates a PWM controller and high voltage power MOSFET of 600V/2A or 700V/2A or 650V/2A.
ME8107 has the features of very low standby power (<100mW) when AC power above 220Vac.
