HD74HC4511 BCD-to-Seven Segment Latch/Decoder/Driver REJ03D0652-0300 Rev.3.00 Nov 04, 2008 Description The HD74HC4511 provides the functions of a 4-bit storage latch, a BCD-to-seven-segment decoder, and an output driver. Lamp test (LT), blanking (BI), and latch enable (LE) inputs are used to test the display, to turn off or pulsemodulate the brightness of the display, and to store a BCD code, respectively.
