M37410E6HXXXFP is housed in a 80-pin shrink plastic molded QFP. M37410E6HFS is housed in a 80-pin ceramic QFP. The features of M37410E6HXXXFP are similar to those of the M37410M4HXXXFP except that this chip has a 12288 bytes PROM built in.
