The ICX252AQ is a diagonal 8.933mm (Type 1/1.8) interline CCD solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 3.24M effective pixels. Frame readout allows all pixels' signals to be output independently within approximately 1/4.28 second. Also, number of vertical pixels decimation allows outpu.
