The CXP82316/82320/82324 microcomputer is composed of a CPU, ROM and RAM, and I/O ports. These chips feature many other high-performance circuits in a single-chip CMOS design, including an A/D converter, serial interface, timer/counter, timebase timer, capture timer/counter, fluorescent display cont.

• On-chip RAM 704 bytes (Including fluorescent display data area)
