The AOZ13287DI-01 is a protection switch intended for applications that require reverse current protection. The input operating voltage range is between 3.4 V and 22 V, and both VIN and VOUT terminals are rated at 28 V Absolute Maximum. The power switch is capable of 13 A continuous current and 22.5.
