This series of voidless-hermetically-sealed unidirectional low-capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designs are ideal for protecting higher frequency applications in high-reliability applications where a failure cannot be tolerated. They include a unique rectifier diode in series and oppos.
