Description
Product Description The PE42422 is a HaRP™ technology-enhanced SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 5–6000 MHz.
This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and requires no external components.
Peregrine’s HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance.
It is an innovative feature of the UltraCMOS® process, providing performance superior to GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
