GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Schottky rectifier diodes in a plastic envelope.
Intended for use as output rectifiers in low voltage, high frequency switched mode power supplies.
The PBYR10100 series is supplied in the conventional leaded SOD59 (TO220AC) package.
