BD2222G BD2242G BD2243G
Description BD2222G, BD2242G and BD2243G are low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. These devices are equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start. Moreover, the range of Current limit threshold can be adjusted from 0.2A to 1.7A by changing the external resistance.
