DESCRIPTION: The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR BC846, BC847 and BC848 Series types are NPN Silicon Transistors manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy molded in a surface mount package, designed for general purpose switching and amplifier applications.
