Two-wire Serial EEPROM
Description The ACE24C128B/256B/512B provides 131,072/262,144/524,288 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), organized as 16,384/32,768/65,536 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation are essential. The ACE24C128B/256B/512B is available in space-saving 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead SOP, and 8-lead TSSOP packages and is accessed via a two-wire serial interface. In addition, the ACE24C128B/256B/512B is available in 1.7V (1.7V to 5.5V) version.
