It can be used for both LSB and USB configurations. The circuit is mainly dedicated to Point to Point and Point to Multi-Point systems and also well suited for a wide range of microwave applications. The circuit is m²anufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.5µm gate length. It is supplied in RoHS compliant SMD package.
