1. OVERVIEW
The ADAM40S2727(3) is the high speed and low voltage operating 4-bit single chip microcomputer. This chip contains ADAM40 core, ROM, RAM, input/output ports , two timer/counters, etc. The ADAM40S2727(3) is Masked ROM version.
