KPC are polypropylene film , aluminium foil . Non-inductive winding construction, extended foil impregnated UL class 94V-0 preformed case with thermosetting resin fill, Terminals tinned copper. Power semiconductor devices require fast switching and low loss characteristics. These characteristics demand snubber capacitors which have very low losses, high dv/dt and low series inductance.

2.5 X RATED VOLTAGE VDC FOR 10 SECONDS TEST VOLTAGE TERMINAL TO CASE: 3KV AT 50HZ FOR 60 SECONDS 5. DISSIPATION FACTOR(TAN δ): ≦5 X 10-4 AT 1KHZ AND 25℃ 6. TEMPERATURE RANGE:-40℃ ~ +85℃ 7.
