Outline and Device Characteristics TMP93CW40/W41 are high-speed advanced 16-bit microcontrollers developed for controlling medium to large-scale equipment. The TMP93CW40/CW41 enable low-voltage and low consumption power operation. The TMP93CW40/W41 are housed in 100-pin flat package.
