This module is suitable to a light source for use in 10Gb/s digital optical communication systems. FEATURES l EA(Electro-absorbtion) modulator integrated DFB-LD l Input impedance is 50Ω . l Emission wavelength is in 1.5 5µm band l 7 Pin package with K connector(**) l Built-in optical isolator l Built-in thermal electric cooler l With photodiode for optical output monitor **:GPO connector is availiable.
