1. Description
The integrated circuit Atmel® U211B is designed as a phase-control circuit in bipolar technology with an internal frequency-to-voltage converter. The device includes an internal control amplifier which means it can be used for speed-regulated motor applications.
Amongst others, the device features integrated load limitation, tacho monitoring and soft-start functions, to realize sophisticated motor control systems.
