ICX239AKC Diagonal 3mm (Type 1/6) CCD Image Sensor for PAL Color Video Cameras Description The ICX239AKC is an interline CCD solid-state image sensor suitable for PAL small color video cameras. High resolution is achieved hrough the use of Ye, Cy, Mg, and G complementary color mosaic filters. This chip features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time.
