DATA SHEET TFT COLOR LCD MODULE NL10276AC24-05 31cm (12.1 type), 1024 × 768 pixels, Full color Vertical screen expansion (Multi-scan), Incorporated backlight with inverter DESCRIPTION NL10276AC24-05 is a TFT (thin film transistor) active matrix color liquid crystal display (LCD) comprising amorphous silicon TFT attached to each signal electrode, a driving circuit and a backlight. NL10276AC24-05 has a built-in backlight/inverter. The 31cm diagonal display area contains 1024 × 768 pixels and can display full-color (more than 16 million colors) simultaneously by analog RGB signals of XGA, SVGA, VGA, VGA-TEXT, PC-9801, NTSC, and PAL. NL10276AC24-05 is a succeeding model for NL10276AC24-02, and it has two additional operating modes of NTSC and PAL.
