SPN4992 Dual N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET DESCRIPTION APPLICATIONS The SPN4992 is the Dual N-Channel logic enhancement  High Frequency Small Power Switching for mode power field effect transistor which is produced using MB/NB/VGA super high cell density DMOS trench technology. The  Network DC/DC Power System SPN4992 has been designed specifically to improve the  Load Switch overall efficiency of DC/DC converters using either synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. It has been optimized for low gate charge, low RDS(ON) and fast switching speed.
