2. General
The Toshiba TLP2105 consists of high-output an infrared LED coupled with a high-gain, high-speed photo detector. It has two circuits built into a single SO8 package, which can reduce the mounting area. The detector has a totem-pole output stage with current sourcing and sinking capabilities. TLP2105 has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±10 kV/µs. The TLP2105 has a buffer output. An inverter output version, the TLP2108, is also available.
