2. General
TLP188 consists of photo
transistors optically coupled to an infrared LED. The TLP188 is housed in the very small and thin SO6(4pin) package and that guarantees high temperature operation(Ta = 110 max). With the high breakdown voltage between the collector and emitter(VCEO = 350 V), TLP188 is suitable for use in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and home appliances, include air conditioners.
