PROGRAMMABLE INFRARED REMOTE TRANSMITTER WITH BUILT-IN TRANSISTOR DESCRIPTION SC73P2602 is SC73 core based programmable remote transmitter (4-bit MCU) with infrared transmitting transistor and built-in 2K OTP program memory supporting in-system program (ISP) which can optimize the stock control. Due to the infrared transmitting transistor embedded, few periphery components are needed and the cost is reduced. And the quick mask function that SC73P2602 supported can meet the mass production delivery requirements as soon as possible due to its mask cycle is 2~3 weeks less than the traditional mask cycle. SC73P2602 is available in several packages and pin to pin compatible with all the products of SC73C16 and SC73P16 series.
