SGM2022 Dual, Low Dropout, 250mA LDO Regulator GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SGM2022 is a dual, low-power, low-dropout, CMOS linear voltage regulator.
It operates from a 2.

5V input voltage and delivers up to 250mA at each channel.
