Description
The IRS2112 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and www.DataSheet4U.com low-side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable rug14-Lead PDIP gedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are com(w/o lead 4) patible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down IRS2112-1 to 3.3 V logic. The output drivers feature a high pulse 16-Lead SOIC current buffer stage designed for minimum driver IRS2112S cross-conduction.
