Product Description
The CX60077 is a high-speed laser driver designed for use in a transmitter module for fiber-optic communications, such as Synchronous Optical Network (SONET), Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH), Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexer (DWDM). This device can achieve a maximum output drive current of 80 mA into a 25 Ω load. Figure 1 illustrates the functional block diagram, and Table 1 lists terminal descriptions. The CX60077 is available in a 32-pin flat pack, which is illustrated in Figures 10 and 11.
