Frequency range 1 MHz to 125 MHz Features 0° C to +70° C -20° C to +70° C -40° C to +85° C ±25, ±50, ±100 ppm Frequency stability (1): Supply voltage: +5 V, +3.3 V Current consumption: 30 mA max. Rise & fall time: 7 nS (TTL), 10 nS (CMOS) Start up time: 10 mS max.
