Product Description:
Pericom Semiconductor’s PI5C series of logic circuits are produced in the Company’s advanced 0.6 micron CMOS technology. The PI5C32X2245 is a 16-bit, 2-port bus switch . Two enable signals (BEn) turn the switches on. The bus switch creates no additional propagational delay or additional ground bounce noise. The device has a built-in 25Ω resistor to reduce noise resulting from reflections, thus eliminating the need for an external terminating resistor.
