DATA SHEET MOS INTEGRATED CIRCUIT µPD78F4046 16-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLER DESCRIPTION The µPD78F4046 is a product of the µPD784046 Subseries in the 78K/IV Series. The µPD78F4046 has flash memory in place of the internal ROM of the µPD784046. The incorporation of flash memory allows a program to be written or erased while mounted on the target board. Detailed function descriptions are provided in the following user’s manuals.
