VRM = 600 V, IF(AV) = 1.0 A, trr = 400 ns Fast Recovery Diode
EU2A
Data Sheet
Description
The EU2A is a fast recovery diode of 600 V / 1.0 A. The maximum trr of 400 ns is realized by optimizing a life-time control.
Features
● VRM------------------------------------------------------ 600 V ● IF(AV)------------------------------------------------------ 1.0 A ● VF--------------------------------------------------------- 1.4 V ● trr1-------------------------------------------------------- 400 ns ● Bare Leads: Pb-free (RoHS Compliant) ● Flammability: Equivalent to UL94V-0
Applications
● Secondary-side Rectifier Diode (Flyback Converter, LLC Converter, etc.)
● Freewheel Diode (Offline Buck Converter, Offline Buck-boost Converter, etc.)
