RGH series,high-power and high-precision metal film chip resistors
Resistors with high power in small size are realized as 1/6W for 1.6ϫ0.8mm(0603), 1/4W for 2.0ϫ1.25mm(0805)size and 1/8W for 1.0ϫ0.5mm(0402)size. Tight resistance tolerance of Ϯ0.1% and temperature coefficient of resistance of Ϯ25ppm/ ЊC are achieved. Operating temperature range:Ϫ55ϳ155ЊC
