Single-phase Full-wave Motor Driver Datasheet SDC11170 General Description SDC11170 is a single-phase full-wave driver for fan motor. It features a variable speed control method using both PWM input and thermistor and a high-efficiency driver architecture. An external filter is introduced to reduce the vibration and acoustic noise. SDC11170 is ideal for a quiet and high-efficiency cooler fan.
