LCD Segment Drivers Multi-function LCD Segment Drivers BU97520AKV-M MAX 276 Segment(69SEG x 4COM) General Description The BU97520AKV-M is 1/4 or 1/3-Duty general-purpose LCD driver that can be used for frequency display in electronic tuners under the control of a microcontroller. The BU97520AKV-M can drive up to 276 LCD Segments directly. The BU97520AKV-M can also control up to 6 general-purpose output ports. These products also incorporate a key scan circuit that accepts input from up to 30 keys to reduce printed circuit board wiring.
