UNISONIC TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD U9131X Preliminary TONE/PULSE DIALER WITH REDIAL FUNCTION CMOS IC  DESCRIPTION The UTC U9131X series are monolithic ICs that offer the dialing signals in either pulse or tone mode.
