TOSHIBA Photocoupler Photorelay TLP3102 TLP3102 Measurement Equipment FA (Factory Automation) Power Line Control Security Equipment The Toshiba TLP3102 consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SOP, which is suitable for surfacemount assembly.
