The peak of unnecessary radiation noise (EMI) can be attenuated by making the oscillation frequency slightly modulate periodically with the internal modulator. The modulation corresponds to the center spread and down spread. The multiplication ratio can be changed by the pin setting. Also, the pin can be set whether the modulation is changed.
