+5V, RS-232 Transceivers with 0.1μF External Capacitors
General Description
MAX200-MAX209, MAX211, and MAX213 are a family of RS-232 and V.28 transceivers with integrated charge pump circuitry for single +5V supply operation.
The drivers maintain the ±5V EIA/TIA-232E output signal levels at data rates in excess of 120kbps when loaded in accordance with the EIA/TIA-232E specification.
The MAX211 and MAX213 are available in a 28-pin, wide small-outline (SO) package and a 28-pin shrink smalloutline (SSOP) package, which occupies only 40% of the area of the SO. The MAX207 is available in a 24-pin SO package and a 24-pin SSOP. The MAX203 and MAX205 use no external components and are recommended for applications with limited circuit board space.

General Description
The MAX202E-MAX213E, MAX232E, and MAX241E are a family of RS-232 and V.28 transceivers with high ±15kV ESD HBM protection and integrated charge pump circuitry for single +5V supply operation. The various combinations of features are outlined in the Selector Guide. The drivers and receivers for all ten devices meet all EIA/TIA232E and CCITT V.28 specifications at data rates up to 120kbps when loaded.
The MAX211E/MAX213E/MAX241E are available in 28pin SO and SSOP packages. The MAX202E/MAX232E come in 16-pin TSSOP, narrow SO, wide SO, and DIP packages. The MAX203E comes in.

General Description
The MAX20812/MAX20812T are dual-output, fully integrated, highly efficient, step-down DC-DC switching regulators. These regulators are able to operate from 2.7V to 16V input supplies, and each output can be regulated from 0.5V to 5.8V, delivering up to 6A of load current per output. With the MAX20812, the two outputs can be connected in parallel as a single-output, dualphase regulator that supports up to 12A load current.
