CAT24C32 FEATURES 32-Kb I2C CMOS Serial EEPROM DEVICE DESCRIPTION The CAT24C32 is a 32-Kb CMOS Serial EEPROM devices, internally organized as 128 pages of 32 bytes each. It features a 32-byte page write buffer and supports both the Standard (100 kHz) as well as Fast (400 kHz) I2C protocol.
