ECONfficiency(%F) IDENTIAL IT7612 General Description The IT7612 is a high efficiency step-down DC/DC converter series with the output current up to 2A and incorporates low on-resistance NMOS at the high side.
Included on the substrate with the features listed is a high performance trans-conductance error amplifier that provides tight voltage regulation and accuracy under transient conditions.
Embedded is Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) circuit to prevent the device start-up under 4.
5V input voltage threshold.
In addition, it features an over-current protection and thermal shutdown.
To improve the light load efficiency, it is designed as the power saving mode (PSM) to minimize the switching loss by reducing the switching frequency.
The IT7612 is available in MSOP10EP & SOP8 package.
