19-1719; Rev 0; 4/00 Low-Cost, Low-Power, 6-Bit DACs with 3-Wire Serial Interface in SOT23 General Description The MAX5363/MAX5364/MAX5365 low-cost, 6-bit digitalto-analog converters (DACs) in miniature 6-pin SOT23 packages have a simple 3-wire, SPI  /QSPI  / MICROWIRE-compatible serial interface that operates up to 10MHz.
The MAX5363 has an internal +2V reference and operates from a +2.
